Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Asksemble, a product of Lukreative. By signing in or using the product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Asksemble.

1. The service

Asksemble orchestrates multiple large language models to generate, cross-review, synthesize, and vote on answers to prompts you provide. Features such as Skills, History, and preference feedback may require an account.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information via Clerk and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Asksemble for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to bypass authentication or access another user's data
• Overload or disrupt the service (including automated abuse of the orchestration API)
• Misrepresent AI output as solely human-authored where disclosure is required

4. API keys and third-party providers

If you supply your own provider API keys, you are responsible for those keys, their billing with the provider, and compliance with that provider's terms. Keys stored in the browser remain your responsibility to protect on your devices.

5. Plans and billing

Free, Pro, and Team plans are listed on Pricing. Paid upgrades are processed via PhonePe from Billing. Monthly Asksemble run limits apply per plan (for example, 5 runs / month on Free).

There is no service-level agreement (SLA) for Free. Availability and model latency depend on third-party providers.

6. Intellectual property and your content

You retain rights to prompts and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate Asksemble (including sending it to model providers you invoke). Model outputs are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate.

7. Disclaimers

Asksemble and model outputs are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Do not rely on outputs as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice without independent verification.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lukreative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Asksemble or from third-party model provider outages or errors.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves (including when PhonePe billing launches). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
