Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Asksemble ("we", "the product") handles information when you use the multi-model AI application. It reflects current product behavior and will be updated as billing and features change.

1. Who we are

Asksemble is a multi-model AI product from Lukreative (lukreative.com). It runs ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok through a Generate → Cross-Review → Synthesize → Vote pipeline.

2. Account data

Authentication is provided by Clerk. We receive identifiers needed to know you are signed in (such as a user ID) and to associate your Skills and runs with your account. Clerk's own privacy terms also apply to sign-in and sign-up.

3. Content you submit

• Prompts and run outputs — when you run Asksemble while signed in, prompts, model generations, reviews, syntheses, votes, and winners may be stored in our database so you can use History and preference feedback.
• Skills — names, guides, and examples you create are stored and scoped to your account.
• Preferences — if you mark a preferred synthesis, that choice may be stored and reused as feedback on later runs.

4. API keys

Optional provider API keys entered in Model settings are stored in your browser (local storage), not in our database. Server-side keys, if configured by the operator, live in environment configuration and are not exposed to the client.

5. Interactive demo

The guided demo on the home page uses canned sample content on your device. It does not call model APIs and does not create a stored run.

6. How we use information

We use account and run data to:

• Provide the Asksemble pipeline and History / Skills features
• Authenticate API requests
• Improve preference-aware prompts when you opt in via preference
• Operate billing and usage metering when PhonePe subscriptions ship

7. Sharing with model providers

When you run a live Asksemble job, prompt and intermediate texts are sent to the configured model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI) so they can generate responses. Their processing is subject to those providers' terms and policies.

8. Retention

Runs and Skills remain until you delete them (where deletion is offered) or your account is removed. Marketing Free-tier "7-day history" limits are not yet enforced in product; retention may be longer until metering ships.
